The History of
Azimuth Constructions
Azimuth Constructions is a construction and investment company founded in 2023 in Burgas, with a clear vision: to create a modern urban environment where architecture, quality and lifestyle meet.
The beginning of Azimuth Constructions was marked by the standalone project Azimut 1 building – the first step towards a new standard in residential construction. The project became a starting point for the company's development and proved that quality, detail and concept can go hand in hand.
Following the success of Azimut 1, our ideas took shape in a larger vision – the Azimuth District concept was born, a comprehensive urban project in a strategic location in Burgas, combining modern architecture, functional homes, green spaces, commercial areas and a variety of services and amenities.
At the next stage, Azimuth Constructions expanded its portfolio with the boutique project Casa Blanca – an elegant residential building in Chernomorets, distinguished by its architecture, location and sense of comfort and style.
After Casa Blanca, the company continued to grow with an even larger vision – the launch of the next major project, Azimuth District Ring – a new stage in the development of the Azimuth concept, building on the idea of a modern, functional and sustainable urban environment.
Today Azimuth Constructions is a recognised investor and builder in Burgas and the region, a symbol of secure investment and high construction standards. The company continues to develop its projects with the future in mind – creating spaces that not only meet expectations but exceed them.

Ecotherm Company
Ecotherm Company specializes in the trade, design, delivery, installation, and servicing of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, solar, gas, and photovoltaic systems. The company also handles external and internal plumbing and sewage systems, as well as high-rise construction and related infrastructure. It carries out renovation, construction, and repair work on buildings and telecommunication infrastructure. Ecotherm develops investment projects in new construction.
Ecotherm Company is a member of the Bulgarian Construction Chamber and is registered in its Central Professional Register.
IP Design
IP Design is a studio for custom interior design and furniture – from concept to realization. With its own production facility and a team of highly skilled specialists, IP Design’s projects stand for functionality, style, and attention to detail, tailored to each client's needs. This makes every home a unique space with its own character.
